It's been two weeks since I started working from home and I'm getting the hang of some things. I'm still working on managing my time. I'll be working on my blog and before you know it, it's lunch time. Or I go to bed thinking "Tomorrow I am going to do A, B, and C" and I barely got to B because I get distracted with other things. I need to follow Naomi's advice a little closer.
Another thing I've noticed, and this isn't too much of a surprise but I'm really seeing it now. I am a morning person. I don't like to get up at the crack of dawn but I don't like to sleep in too late either. I also feel the most productive in the morning, I have no problem getting out of bed and getting right on the computer to check emails, blogs, Twitter and Facebook. The afternoon is jewelry-making time. I sit on the floor working on my coffee table watching Netflix. I'm ready to call it a day by 4:00 pm unless I gotta do my other job.
I don't think I can ever become a late night person where I stay up late working. I can barely stay up late now to watch a movie. Maybe that will change.
What kind of schedule works for you? Are you a morning person or a night owl?
